This is a collection of hastily recorded songs from yesteryear (c. 2008!). The quality of recording is not what I've achieved on the Awkward EP, but if you like my stuff and you'd like to hear the songs then by all means buy this CD. I've plenty of copies in a box under my bed. There are bonus tracks on the CD too - ones that I was too embarrassed to upload on here.

about

This was hastily recorded ahead of my first musical show in Edinburgh, but features some of my favourite tunes that I still play today. Don't Mix Your Personal Life and Reasons Not To Kill being my top two, I think. In joint third place would probably come Virgin Pendolino and Venez A Paris.

released August 8, 2008

Several tracks were recorded and produced by Augustin Bousfield - the ones that sound better are his work and also feature additional instrument fiddling by him.

Matt Tiller UK

Hello. I am a musical comedian and this is where I am keeping my songs. Some of them are deliberately funny, some are just songs that I've written and if you're into my thing then you'll probably find them mildly amusing too.

Track Name: Venez A Paris Avec Moi, Paris
Here are the words, but in English...

Paris, Oh Paris, come to Paris with me Paris,
Paris, without you my darling Paris my life is so boring
And you are the most beautiful girl in the world
Even if you have a sexually transmitted disease
(But for legal reasons I am not saying that you do have a sexually transmitted disease)

Oh, Paris you are like a hotel to me
With an entrance that is a big space
Let me get lost in your corridors
Searching for your ice machine

One night I stayed in the Bracknell Hilton
It wasn't that fancy, I'm not saying I could afford it normally
But I was doing a temporary job, it was on expenses, you know what I mean

Paris, Paris make your prison a honeymoon suite with me
I will provide complimentary Tea and Coffee facilities
And a selection of disappointing adult movies to see
